If a scan produced a result that looks wrong or unsafe, email us with the product name or the ingredient list you scanned and what you expected instead. Please do not include personal medical details.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email the address above with the details and steps to reproduce, and please do not publicly disclose it before we can respond.
